New. Easy graphing system lets you visually see what's working, what isn't, what your trends are, identify problem areas, know if marketing changes hurt or help you, spot dangerous trends before it's too late, find surprising new profit opportunities -- and make your business much more profitable than you could ever do without this system!
Dear Friend,
It's about your profits!
I'm talking making more money. And possibly a lot more money. Why? Because using an ingenious and easy -- to do - graphing system for the first time you will be able to see right before your very eyes whether your marketing changed are hslping you or hurting you.
You will be able to see if a new lead source is actually increasing your profits.
You will be able to see whether joint venture partners are having a true impact on your business.
You will be able to see if new website designs, upsell pages, new order forms or other changes you make to your business actually help or hurt it over time.
Warning: Just using the normal ad trackers can be HIGHLY deceptive!
If you're using a normal ad tracking service to track your hits, clicks, unique visitors and sales, you're likely totally screwing up. You're likely making bad decisions. Why? Because you think something didn't work when it really did, or something did work when it didn't.
How can this possibly be?
Because you're looking at a snapshot in time versus longtime trends. More than once I've tested something that appeared to work on the surface but 3 to 5 weeks down the road, I find out it didn't.
For example, I tested a new sales letter. Right out of the gate the numbers beat the sales I was getting before so logic told me to keep using it. It appeared to be the clear cut winner of the two. Weeks later when checking my charts and stats, for some unknown reason, I see the response declined below what the prior letter was doing.
Without weekly or monthly charts and graphs showing the long term trend, you would not see this happen or notice it.
Let's say I launch a new product. Of course there is a big surge of money that comes in from this new product but what about the trend of overall sales? Did launching this NEW product make me MORE money over an extended period of time or not? Without a weekly graph I would never know.
There are so many ways we use weekly graphs in our business. For example, if we discover a downtrend on a sales for a specific product we can check the date the downtrend started occurring, go back and see the changes we made on that particular sales letter during that time period, then immediately fix whatever it was we changed in the first place.
Unless you can see your sales trends over an extended period you may not notice how those changes or edits you've made to your page are actually hurting your sales.
What if you see a huge surge in sales? You can check the data the surge in sales started occurring, find out what you did to cause it and repeat it!

Let's say over time your "dollars per unique visitor" for a product are decreasing.
Here's an example of what I'm referring to:

This tells you that you'd better make some changes, quick. You need to revise the product, change the bonuses, increase your guarantee, change the graphic design, try a new headline and do anything else that'll help regain your lost sales.
What about your reseller signups? Are you slowly gaining or losing new reseller signups every week? We track our reseller signups weekly so we can see how new tools we create, reseller communications we send out or special commission offers actually affect our signups.
There are so many ways that tracking different statistics can assist you in your business.
You should graph your weekly newsletter opt-ins. Unique Visitors to your website. Your overall refunds. (This is a really IMPORTANT stat!) The number of products weekly is really handy so you can see the trend in sales on each product you're offering.
This system is something (to my knowledge) that no-one else in the arena of Internet Marketing has ever taught before. It's something I have personally done in my business for the last 1.5 years and now, I'm finally making it public.
What we did is have our own statistics program created for us. We hired the best hot-shot programmer we could find to take care of all the nitty gritty details and create (to our knowledge) the only online statistics software program on the net that's easy to use , specifically designed for Internet Marketers.
This program is web based which means you use it online. It's simple. It's fast. It's easy to use and it does the calculations and graphs for you. All you do is enter the data and even if you're downright lazy you can hire someone to do that cheap by using elance or some other service.
Here are a couple important points:
1) You can graph ANY stat and you should graph everything you possibly can.
If you can't measure the changes you make then you won't know what's helping or hurting your business.
2) Even one simple change can affect your profits!
One change for example to your order form or sales letter might affect your new associate signups or the number of sales they make. Maybe you've made a change to your sales letter design that your associates don't like, so they stop promoting your product.
Unless you're graphing the changes, you won't be able to identify problem areas and know what's actually hurting your sales.
3) What if you don't have any sales yet?
If you don't have any sales or aren't ready to make sales yet there are still many important things you can graph.
Here are some example stats for any business:
Number of new ezine signups
Number of new associates
Number of associates with sales
Number of ezine ads placed
Number of letters written
Dollar amount spent on advertising
Number of products bought or sold
Number of new clients
Number of outbound letters
Number of incoming/outgoing phone calls
And so on.
There is nothing you can't graph using this software.
You can and should graph anything that helps and support you in your progress to find your target market, identify your target market and so forth.
The point is you don't have to be, nor should you even be a highly successful business or even successful at all to be greatly benefited by graphing.
Anyone with ANY project, any goal, any endeavour, whether it's for profit or not can actually benefit by graphing.
-----> Here are some neat features you'll find in the Push Button Stats Software Program:
* Create multiple statistic groups:
Ability to create multiple groups of stats or "accounts" means even you have more than one product, website or business you can use the Push Button Stats software.
Let's say for example you sell 5 different products. You should be tracking the stats on each product so to avoid being overloaded with multiple product stats on one page you simply create 1 group for each product you sell or each business/website you're running.
* Switch between groups of stats in one click:
In just 1 click you can switch from one group of stats to another. Your stat groups are displayed across the top of the program in a handy navigation bar.
* Add/edit new groups anytime you want:
Even if you're constantly creating new products or websites you can quickly and easily set up new stat "groups" anytime you want. This means you do NOT need to open a new Push Button Stats account everytime you launch a new product. Just login to your existing account and click to create a new group or edit an existing group.
* Add as many stats as you like:
With the Push Button Stats Software ability to handle virtually unlimited amounts of statistics you're not restricted to entering only 5 or 10 stats per group.
The software starts out with 12 form fields for you stats and in 1 click you can ADD MORE STATS anytime you like.
* Flexible "views" allow you to see ONLY the stats you want:
You get 3 different options for viewing your stats. When you're entering the stats into the software you can choose to:
Select the stat as "Actively Displayed" or not.
Choose whether you want to show the stat in the the "stats table"
Choose whether you want to show the stat in the the "graphs and charts"
* You don't need to be a rocket scientist to use the software:
The Push Button Stats software is extremely simple to use. For a step by step demo just click here.
We've simplified the process of entering your stats into 3 steps:
1) Creating Your Group
To create a group just login, click CREATE GROUP then enter the name of the group and click the submit button.
2) Setting Up Your Stats
To set up your stats, all you need to do is type the name of the stat you want to track. These can be ANY stats you want. Below we've included an example but it only shows a fraction of the different types of stats you can actually track.
Let's say you have a website that sells ebooks, offers a free trial demo of the ebook and you also have your own ezine, and associate program.
The type of stats you can track could look like this:

It doesn't matter what your business is. I guarantee you'll have stats that need tracking!
Here are a few other examples of trackable stats:
Number of products shipped
Dollar amount in shipping spent that month
Number of ezine ads placed
Revenue from ezine ad promotions
Once you've entered the "type of stat" you want just tell the software whether that stat is a:
Whole Number (eg: 47)
Dollar Amount (eg: $989.00)
Decimal (eg: 32.5)
If you are entering the number of products sold, you choose "Whole Number". If you're entering a dollar value just choose "Dollar Amount".
3) Entering Your Stats:
The last thing you need to do is enter your stats and this couldn't be any easier. Just click ENTER STATS, and type your data into the form.
Entering your stats is this simple:

Whatever stats you enter during set up will appear on the left hand side when you enter your stats. We're showing you an example only. You do NOt need to track those types of stats unless you want to.
* Specify which stats you want to be "active" or not:
You have full control over which stats are displayed and when. If all you want to see are your sales and unique visitors then uncheck all other stats and click VIEW.
By default all your stats are available at a glance, but you can customize which ones are displayed by default or not.
With 1 click you can activate or deactivate any of your statistics.
* Enter stats by today's date, a range of dates, by week or month:
You don't need to enter your data daily, if you don't want to. You get multiple choices for the range of dates you want to enter stats for, including:
Month
Week
Today
Other date
* Retroactively enter past stats for any range of dates:
If you've been using another method to track stats like a bulky spreadsheet and want to move all your data over to Push Button Stats, don't worry. You'll be able to enter past stats for any range of dates you want, starting as early as January 2002.
* View your stats by day, week or month:
You'll be amazed once you see just how easy it is to view all of your stats in this software. With 1 click you can view your data by day, week or month.
There are a few ways to browse your stats.
The first is to look at the overview:

At the bottom of the main overview screen you'll see the totals of any stats you've entered, the average (so you can see if your stats are dropping!) and the standard deviation.
* You'll be immediately alerted to problem areas!
Problem areas will never go unnoticed when you're using Push Button Stats. It doesn't matter what type of data you enter, if it drops below the "minimum acceptable level" that you define, you'll be instantly alerted to the problem. A red arrow appears and the line for any associated graph will immediately turn red.
Example: If you need to make $750 a day in sales, bottom line, you can specify that as your minimal acceptable level in sales. If your sales drop below that or any other stat deviates from the acceptable level, the bar graph goes red and immediately alerts you.
* Two types of charting modes:
In addition to the overview that shows you all your figures, numbers and stats at a glance, you can also view handy graphs using two types of charting modes:
Charting mode: Standard | Deviation from Mean
* Advanced query option provides flexibility in viewing stats:
The new Push Button Stats software allows you to view your stats anyway you want. With the advanced query option you can specify a range of dates, a specific day, month or year to view.
Viewing a longer time period gives you access to the "big picture". This is where you can see ongoing trends.
* You can export your data in .csv format.
The Push Button Stats software supports data export in .csv format. Just click the link to save the .csv.
To see how the software works step by step, just click here for an active demo.
